For those who want to fully explore this region, we offer this 2 day tour to Sierra Gorda. If you don’t have that much time, pick either of our single-day trips: The cultural part of the Sierra Gorda, or the natural  part of the Sierra Gorda.  In this tour, we will experience all the beauty and culture of Sierra Gorda.

We will visit the Franciscan Missions, we will discuss the history of them, including explanation of how these communities were founded, and of course, we will also swim, explore, and discover all the natural paradises, like all the water springs, rivers, waterfalls that we can find in this part of Querétaro.

For this tour we will spend one night in Jalpan town, we will help you book in one hotel, or give you our recommendations about hotels in the town. THE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE LODGING OR MEALS.

We recommend that you bring a jacket, as well as appropriate clothes for warm weather, also:  swimsuit, towel, comfortable shoes or sport shoes, watershoes, cash, and sun protection. Have a light breakfast prior to our departure.

In this tour you are going to be able to taste the best cheese in Querétaro, if not in the world, get to know how it is prepared.

It is artisanal cheese, and you can sample it with us. You will be able to see the sheep, source of the milk, learn how the company began, how they won those awards, and how the cheese is made, and  best of all, what makes it so delicious.

We recommend you bring repellent, sun protection, comfortable shoes, and cash, however they do accept credit cards in the store as well. We can take you on this tour anytime, because it is a short tour, it lasts no longer than 4 hours. Please request availability. The samplings, and cheeses are not included in our fare for the tours. We invite you to visit this wonderful and interesting brewery, which is located less than 10 minutes away from Querétaro’s downtown.

We can go specifically to this place, but we recommend adding it to your VIP City Tour, for a small extra fare. In the brewery, you will be able to taste the extremely delicious Hércules beer, and observe the brewing process.  But, aside from that, you will get to know how important this place is,  not only locally, but nationally.

At Peña de Bernal, we are going to climb the trail to the summit of the monolith  (if you want to climb), then we walk through the town, we see the pedestrian paths, the main square, we go to the looms, to some old mansions, we will be able to taste some of the gastronomy from this place, then we will go to the vineyard.

We can translate for you if you want to take the tour inside the winery, or we can explain to you the processes of making wine, while you sample it at a lovely outdoor garden next to the vineyards, then we will move on to Tequisquiapan, that is where we usually eat, then we visit the most important places of the town.

We recommend a departure from Queretaro at 9:00 a.m., and you can expect to return  between 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. We recommend you wear comfortable shoes or sport shoes, bring some sun protection, and cash for purchases along the way.

In this VIP Tour we will get to know every single part of this Mexican paradise, we will go in to the steam tunnel, and then we will go in the main grotto/cave.

Next we will go down to the blue river, and then we will move to the other section. There are two ways to experience it, with us by car, or by walking down the trail through the spectacular nature display.

In the other section, we will swim in the ponds on the cliff, and you will be able to use the zip line (not included in the fare), and use the diving pool. We recommend  leaving Queretaro at 7:00 a.m., and we will return at 8:00 p.m.
